Termination of VPS service in Ukraine

We inform you that REDS CLOUD has made the decision to terminate the provision of virtual private server (VPS) hosting services on infrastructure located in Ukraine.

This decision has been made considering the increased risks of data loss associated with the current situation in the country. The security and preservation of our customers' data remain our top priority, and we cannot guarantee an adequate level of reliability for infrastructure that is physically located in a high-risk area.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this decision may cause.

What this means for you

The data of all customers using VPS services on Ukrainian infrastructure will be transferred to alternative locations in Europe. The transfer will be carried out with minimal downtime, and we will make every effort to ensure the integrity of your data and configurations during the migration.

We will contact each customer individually soon, providing exact timelines and details of the transfer, as well as answering any questions.
