In what currency is the payment?
Only in hryvnias. We work with VAT: we issue an invoice and closing documents — an act and a tax invoice. Payment by card or cashless settlement from the account of a Ukrainian company or individual entrepreneur.
How much does data transfer cost?
Transfer is free when ordering a server from us. Our engineers transfer websites, databases, email, and settings.
Will there be downtime for the site?
No. We transfer and check everything on the new server in advance, and we only switch DNS after your confirmation.
Is it suitable for 1C, BAS, and M.E.Doc?
Yes. We deploy Windows or Linux for 1C, BAS, and M.E.Doc, configure RDP and terminal access for multiple users. Our specialists assist with the installation, configuration, and updating of this software.
Where will the data be physically stored?
In OVHcloud data centers in Germany (Frankfurt) or Poland (Warsaw) — at your choice. Warsaw is closest to Ukraine in terms of latency.
What to do with the current hosting?
Nothing immediately. It continues to operate while the transfer is ongoing. You turn it off yourself when you are sure everything is working on the new server.
